Hall Effect Thickness Gauges
Irreplaceable solution for hard to measure parts.
Determine thickness in all sorts on non-ferrous parts including complex shapes and very thin walls that are difficult to measure with other methods such as ultrasound. Measure PET bottles, glass containers, plastic drums, aluminum cans, rubbers and composite materials among others.
The hall efect sensor features interchangeable titanium tips to cover diferent applications and a measuring range of up to 22mm.

Hall efect sensor
Built in stainless steel with integrated calibration and interchangeable titanium tips that are highly ressistant to wear will guarantee a long service life with trouble free operation while getting accurate and reliable measurements. The sensor also includes a QSet button with selectable functions.
Standard titanium tip
Tip that is highly ressistant to abrasion and covers the entire measuring range. Measuring range: 0 to 22mm

Data transfer outputs
QB7 Series offers the following data transfer possibilities:
- USB to send to a PC data stored in the unit memory using dmq DataCenter where you can also export data to Excel (cable and software are included at no charge).
- RS232 to send data in realtime or to send data stored in the unit memory to an external device such as a PC or a thermal printer (cable is optional).
- Digimatic® to send measurements in realtime to software applications such as Excel or Word with no need to go through any software (the Digimatic interface and the connecting are optional).
IMPORTANT:
The Digimatic® output is only added to the QB7 when ordered along with the unit.
Compatible with DataCenter
All models allow you to connect to a PC where data can be processed using our dmq DataCenter software available at no cost.
